My Experience

I help organizations, their leaders, and innovators design and execute structures for sustainable, impact-driven innovation. In my 15+ years of experience as a professional in innovation, transformation and leadership, I have established various local, glocal and global initiatives for startups, SME, corporations, NGO/NPO, and government bodies. With Lisa Hiery CoInnovation, I design digital and impact innovation initiatives, organizational transformation projects and startup support programs. I am happy to collaborate with you as a consultant, advisor and specialist.

My professional journey

Before discovering my passion for entrepreneurship, I explored the consulting, startup and corporate world as strategist, project manager and consultant. During my time as Director Consultancy at RCKT, Rocket Internet's digital consultancy in Berlin, I co-designed and helped establish the Digital Hub Initiative, Germany's leading digitalization initiative run by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. As Team Lead Digital Transformation at MAN Truck & Bus, I scoped the organization's digital strategy and designed an impact innovation program. 

Through my work in digital and innovation, I found a passion for asking “Why” - why does what we innovate matter? Why will this new program/product/service make the world a better place? And why should we care?”. Along with these questions, I found strategic partners to answer them with. Today, I’m not only an entrepreneur and freelance consultant, ready to work with you, but also a proud member of the global Yunus Social Business team who help corporations transform into a force for social good. Through innovating with the ZOLLHOF Tech Incubator team, I stay connected to my ‘home zone’, the German digital ecosystem.
