I help organizations, their leaders, and innovators design and execute structures for sustainable, impact-driven innovation. In my 15+ years of experience as a professional in innovation, transformation and leadership, I have established various local, glocal and global initiatives for startups, SME, corporations, NGO/NPO, and government bodies. I've worked as a consultant, startup director and corporate intrapreneur, solopreneur and entrepreneur, all to design digital and impact innovation initiatives, organizational transformation projects and startup support programs. 

→ Why I'm here

Before discovering my passion for impact entrepreneurship, I explored the consulting, startup and corporate world as a consultant, strategist, project manager and intrapreneur. During my time as Director Consultancy at RCKT, Rocket Internet's digital consultancy in Berlin, I co-designed and helped establish the Digital Hub Initiative, Germany's leading digitalization initiative run by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. As Team Lead Digital Transformation at MAN Truck & Bus, I scoped the organization's digital strategy and designed their global social impact innovation branch. As an entrepreneur I've partnered up with corporates, SME and innovators such as ZOLLHOF Tech Incubator team. Throughout all my years developing and challenging innovation strategies, I've built a passion for asking Why. Why does what we innovate matter? Why will this new idea make the world a better place? And why should we even care? Today I lead the Yunus Social Business GmbH team as Co-CEO to help corporations transform into a force for social good.
